Grandma's Little Chef

Every time grandma is in the kitchen, I am right there with her. Grandma shows me what's on the stove, we chop vegetables together, we peel potatoes and grandma lets me mix everything.

I love cooking with grandma.

I'm too little to carry my own diaper bag....?

Mommy doesn't REALLY make me :o)

Shoes With Out a Toe?!

Who knew?!!

My Ouma and Oupa came back from South Africa, with the most fantastic gift....a tiny broom for me to carry around, AND, a pair of shoes with out the toes!!!

I think these sandals are the most fantastic thing EVER!!

SWINGS!!!

So we finally had some warm weather, well, warm enough to go to the park. My mommy dressed me cozy and put me in the swing....um, YAY!!!

When I was a baby, sometimes the only place I wanted to be (well, besides right next to mommy), was in my swing. I would spend hours every day swinging. Because I weighed over 14lbs by my 2 month birthday, my Oupa was having to buy batteries every other week to keep my swing cranking.

Anyway, I was so happy to see that a swing was made especially for me. I had SO much fun!!

Another Ear Infection

Right after my surgery, I got another ear infection. Not so much fun, but at least I got to snuggle My Tann and My Mommy.

Milo + Chocolate Milk = HAPPINESS

YUM! I love love LOVE Chocolate Milk. See this cup in my hand? I can drink 3/4 of it in one go. Yup. Chocolate milk is go-od!

My Old People

They're mine. And, I LOVE them!!

Bigger Tear Ducts - A Must?

Yes, a must. You see, I have struggled so much with ear infections, that my eyes tend to get infected as well. Turns out my tear ducts are only 1/10 the size they are supposed to be...

So....

Off to Primary Childrens Medical Center we go!! On March 11, I had my tear ducts probed. It sounds so much worse than it is.

I loved the hospital gown I got to wear, and the best part is, I found a wagon! Granted, it's supposed to be a toy wagon for your bear to go along with you, however, I wanted to go for a ride. The wagon is just like my wagon and grandma and grandpas, but smaller!

I did really well in surgery, and was happy to wake up to 2 servings of apple juice. After the apple juice, My Tann let me play with her phone.

I was happy and walking around that same day!

My Becky

Hello My Becky! I may be almost 15 months old, but yes, I am a genius. My mommy claims it to be from the Jakins side of the family, but I think it's a good mix of both the "G" side and the Jakins. I'm using initials to protect the identity of those who wish to remain anonymous :)

I had minor eye surgery two weeks ago, and am doing very well. I will post pictures from that day as soon as my mommy moves the computer to the new apartment -- I will get on her for it.

I am in 2T clothing, even though I'm not quite 15 months old yet. I'm taller than all of my friends, and I love to give hugs. I love my food and drinks during the day, and those two times my mommy let me have a sucker. For some reason she never lets me have sugar....will you please talk to her about that?

Everyone loves and comments all the time on my gorgeous red hair. Basically, I agree, it is beautiful!!

I am moving my mommy to a bigger place this upcoming weekend. I really wanted a big back yard to play in, and get my own bedroom. I was tired of sleeping in the living room... We will also have a washer and dryer in the apartment, so I can wash my clothes after I mess them up in the dirt.

Anyway, take care!!
Lots of Love
Milo
