We went to the parade. Milo was so excited to see the big army trucks and fire engines. He waved (ok, ate) the American Flag. He has SO much fun when his cousins come. It is so sweet to me to see how children interact with each other. My brother Dale and his wife Janae have 3 kids. The youngest, Brayden, is only 11 months older than Milo. Adysen and Clayson are pictured here.
It was a very hot day, and the sun was shining very intently right through a funnel onto us (so it felt like). I was very concerned about my sweet baby's skin, that we didn't stay for too long.
BTW - if you knew me two years ago, you would remember that I would soak up the sun for at least 1 hour each day, and that was during the work week. On the weekends, I spent a good 6 hours cooking my glowing brown skin. So, my friends joke that I had an addiction and the Good Lord blessed me with a child who's skin turns bright red after 15 minutes. Good thing he has his grandpa and his Aunty Tann to sympathize with him. Fair skinners must stick together!
AnyWhoo...Enjoy these photo's!! Especially the photo of Milo with his Grandma. I was so happy when I saw this photo, because Milo looks JUST LIKE ME!! Even my mom said. :)
