Chicken What?

SO....

I pick Milo up from daycare yesterday and he has a slight rash on his stomach. I was thinking it was just a heat rash. Anyway, he also had a few red spots on his face. So, his teacher tells me to stop in at the nurses station...

That nurse at his school (I say school so I don't feel so bad about "daycare"), had me so convinced that he had the Pox (recent outbreak at Kinderland). She told me to take him to the doctor to have his checked out.

Off to the doctor we went - for a car visit so that other kids are not exposed if in fact, he has the pox.

So, the doctor came out, and pretty much told me that they could not confirm whether or not he has the pox. Told me what to watch for, which I already knew, but, to just "watch for it"

August is Milo's last month on good old state Medicaid. I tell you what, I would have been SO irritated if I had to pay $25 co-pay for that.

is that where you have him ride? In the trunk? haha, just kidding. Poor little guy! I hope he doesn't actually have chicken pox. (this is Becky)

That is hilarious... the picture, that is. I've never known a doctor to work out of the trunk of a car! How funny.
